Went out for a Saturday lunch with Mom, she tried tacos for the first time and she liked it, other details:
- Barbeque grilled mushroom tacos (4/5) - crispy and tangy
- Cheese mint seekh kebab (3/5)
- Paneer Angaar masala (3.5/5) - spicy red gravy
- Butter naan (5/5) - tell them to serve extra crispy, trust me it will be so good
- Sizzling Brownie with Ice cream with cherry on top :) (4/5) - Ice cream should have been served more :| .

Since me and my friends were pretty famished and tired of the common menus we dropped in Fusion Multicuisine restaurant in Vihangs Inn. The name used is the perfect description of this place since it's a fusion of Chinese and Indian with every single dish possessing the chefs unique touch. We started our outing with 3 mocktails viz Virgin Mojito, Virgin Mary and Orange Blossom. All 3 were refreshing and had unique characteristics in terms of tastes, texture and appearance. From mocktails we moved to appetisers where we unanimously decided to try the Charmola Spiced Chicken which was only slightly similar to Pahadi Chicken we are all familiar with, however the chefs touch was the chicken was served with a unique mayo based dip that's really added a unique dimension to the taste of the chicken. The chicken was amazing but the star of the evening was the Grilled Fish in this instance Bassa. It was served with a unique Sauce that was warm and has a smoked flavour to it and obviously with French fries, sautéed veggies and rice. For the first time neither of us missed tartar sauce for the fish. For the main course we wanted to try something out of the ordinary so placed our bets on the Dum Prawns Biryani it was brilliant and the size of the prawns was pretty huge. To bring our outing to a close we order a Sizzling Brownie topped with vanilla ice cream which was pretty consistent in flavour and taste. Overall a brilliant place the staff was good and cooperative. Yes the service is slightly slow but it's worth it as the chef pays attention to every single dish that comes out of the kitchen. For anyone who wants to try something new and out of the box this place is a definite win. Order whatever and you won't be disappointed. And one more thing it's also light on the wallet, you really can't ask for anything more.
