I recently visited Fusion Foods with the hope of enjoying a unique culinary experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. The food was strictly average—lacking the creativity and boldness one would expect from a place claiming to serve “fusion” cuisine. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the service. The staff were cold and unwelcoming, with a clear display of regional bias that made the atmosphere uncomfortable and uninviting. Hospitality was sorely missing, and it felt more like we were putting them out by simply being there. Dining out is not just about the food, but the overall experience, and Fusion Foods failed on both counts. Sadly, I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. Until the management seriously addresses the attitude of their staff and improves the food quality, I would not recommend this place. In fact, it may be best to avoid it altogether. We have discussed the issue mirrored to us in your comments and also partly agree to it's contents, we however found that the expectations were world class and we are sorry that our who are normally very curtious have not been so to you apparently, but we have had a meeting on the subject and things will improve for us in the days to come.
