Visited this place today and the experience left me shattered. They've started forcing parents to purchase socks separately before even entering, which was never a rule during my last visit. No prior information or signage about this – just an abrupt compulsion at the entrance. To make it worse, they’ve silently hiked prices by 5% without updating anything on their boards or prior communications. And although they officially close at 8 PM, they’re still accepting walk-ins even after 7 PM, clearly knowing full well kids won't get enough playtime for the full price paid. This place has gone downhill – no transparency, no customer respect, and now questionable practices to squeeze more money. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before visiting.

We visited Funmaster on our child's birthday for kids amusement & cake cutting. Since strength was less hence we have not booked it & decided to go with hourly plan during off hours. We arrived a bit late due to the rain, but they allowed us to come in and celebrate, which was great. The atmosphere was neat & nice. The price of 500 approx./ hour was reasonable. For electric games, we got 5 coins/child. Rest game zone was unlimited. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would consider returning. Unlike the reviews by other, i found owner behaviour polite & supportive.
