Very disappointed. We were there for dinner (on 23/05/2025) but after giving order through their qr code, 35 mins we waited but literally nothing came, even the soups didn't come. We informed twice during this time. Staffs who were chit chatting there didn't bother to bring atleast the starters. After exactly 35 mins we saw one other table who came after us started getting orders. That point we lost out temper and had to leave the restaurant. Zero rating for the service.. Service: 1

@FuelHQ?! Ordered a veg salad and got served a non-veg monstrosity! Not only did I waste my money, but I also unknowingly ate something that goes against my dietary preferences. Zero quality control, zero respect for customers' choices. 1/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. #FuelHQ Fail #NonVegNightmare #VegSalad Fail"

fuel headquarters is usually are go to place but unfortunately this time our experience was horrible!! we ordered chicken steak which was hard as ice very undercooked we also had garlic chicken which lacked flavor for some reason it was served cold as well. Staff seem to be least interested in our problem; They were taking hell lots of time super low service:( It surely was our worst experience ever. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
