Really enjoyed the food here! The mocktails were super refreshing, and the tandoori chicken was amazing — soft, juicy, and full of flavour. Loved that there was no added colour, just good taste. Definitely worth a try! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Stunning Ambience, Terrible Food – A Huge Letdown at Ocean Bar We recently visited Ocean Bar, drawn in by its beautiful ambiance and seaside charm. Unfortunately, the food completely ruined the experience. We ordered Chicken Chilli Dry, and the moment it arrived, it was clear something was wrong — the chicken was stale, chewy, and had an unpleasant aftertaste. There was absolutely no flavor; it felt like it had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Hoping it was just a one-off, we moved on to Butter Chicken and Butter Rotis — but the disappointment continued. The butter chicken was equally bland, lacking any depth or richness, and the rotis were dry and hard, almost as if they had been left out for too long. The food was so underwhelming that we ended up doing a mid-meal switch, something we rarely feel forced to do. For a restaurant with such a stunning atmosphere, Ocean Bar seriously misses the mark where it matters most: the food.
