I ordered 1 Red Velvet creamy and 1 blueberry shake in person at the store, both parcel. Bill no. 323 (26/04/25). They handed me the stapled parcel with attached bill with the same items I ordered. But at my home, when I opened the parcel, just one shake is there and no any red velvet creamy box. Need 160/- refund!! Agar crowd jyada hai to kisike order mei kuch galat parcel ho jae isse better hai ke order lene k liye manaa kr do, baad mei le lijiye order, but this kind of service is not acceptable. Thank you frullato, you just lost a customer.
