Food was delivered so late. Ordered by 8:50pm and was delivered by 10:20pm. No human interface to communicate properly. The girl from customer care simply called to have the conference call initiated and she kept quiet. The delivery person did not even ask for sorry. The Fruit shop on Greams Road Pheonix mall, has received the money even before the food is delivered. Who is least bothered about their customer. Very worst awful experience repeats with Zomato and me
