You can always enjoy nicely cooked sandwiches, salads and filet américain at this bar. It's time to try tasty fruit ice cream, fruit salads and pudding. Degust good strawberry milkshakes, fruit juice or fresh juices.
It's easy to find Fruit Shop on Greams Road, Kodambakkam due to the great location. The energetic staff welcomes people all year round. The fast service is a big benefit of this place. Delicious dishes at reasonable prices are offered here. You will definitely like the cozy atmosphere. Google users awarded this spot 4.2.

PROS:-
* I'm not well versed with the routes of Kodambakkam but since TFS on GR is located at the main road, it's very easy to spot.
* This section of roads are pretty wide and so cars can be parked on the road itself. As it's inside a complex sort of place , there is sufficient frontage for bike parking too.
* One of the main reasons for me writing this review is it's ambience. On my review for the Gopalapuram branch I had mentioned that the ambience scheme was getting a bit boring in all their branches. The new showrooms seem to have gone thru a decent makeover. Though the color scheme stays the same, bright lighting and some innovating cum informative wallpapers makes the place look fabulous. The air con was perfect, walls were loaded with the benefits of particular fruits, music was mild and overall the decor was perfect.
* I was along with a friend who was new to Chennai so I took the responsibility of ordering. I got their trademark tender coconut pudding and my favourite fruit salad along with their famous Judhead special and Brimstone. Pudding was excellent with the right texture. Fruit salad was as usual, right on the spot. Jughead special, a concoction of various nuts got a thumbs up from my friend. My Brimstone was a blend of citrus and mango. The right word to describe Brimstone would be 'Divine'.
* I've said it before and I'll say it again. When compared with other fruit shops in our city the price at TFS on GR is slightly on the higher end but considering the quality they give it's definitely worth it.
CONS:-
* The same point I've written for my previous review and from the looks of it, a point that I'll write for their other branches too is that almost all their mocktails don't have a description on what's actually in it. It's frustrating to ask the service person specifically on what's in it. The new menu posted on Zomato which hasn't been yet adopted by the branches still hasn't rectified this issue.
* Service isn't their strongest point. It's something that they could definitely work on.
Overall, I completely enjoyed my visit to TFS on GR, Kodambakkam and my friend was really impressed with the options they offer. I've been a regular to almost all their branches, especially the Gopalapuram, Greams Road, Nungambakkam, E.A, Bessy, Egmore and this one at Kodambakkam and I don't think it'll slow down in the days to come.
