The flavors were off, and it lacked the authenticity one would expect. Hoping for a better experience, I ordered the chili paneer pop, but it too was highly disappointing. The taste was unnatural, and the ingredients did not feel fresh at all. This experience highlights the importance of focusing on quality over quantity, especially when diversifying into multiple food categories. While I understand the effort to expand offerings, it’s crucial to ensure that every dish meets a high standard. I suggest revisiting your recipes, sourcing fresh ingredients, and conducting quality checks. Proper training for staff in food preparation and taste consistency might also help improve the overall experience. As a customer, I had high hopes, but sadly, this visit left me dissatisfied.
