Frozen bottle, Madurai is the worst I have ever seen . The staffs are very very rude. We ordered a tie, bubble tea and a mocha latte. They gave me and another flavour which is very very bad and I called frozen bottle and asked that can you give me the Thai bubble tea you gave me the wrong one, and he said that is Thai bubble tea drink and say that taste will be like thai bubble tea is he a idiot??? Because how will I know the taste of Thai bubble tea ??? And after four days today, I called him and asked the Thai bubble tea flavour came?? And he said no, not yet. I was very angry, and I said I will definitely raise a complaint and he said okay, madam okay, raise a complaint if you want. The staffs are very very rude. I clearly don’t recommend this frozen bottle. I will share you the staff’s number.

I went to this place.But the staffs from Jade said that there is no frozen bottle outlet there.Very disappointed...but Google says that the shop is open @ that location in madurai. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
