Disappointing Experience - Timing Issue! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit here. We traveled a long distance, excited to try their food, only to find the restaurant closed despite the sign showing it was open online. The shutter was down, and we were left standing there, feeling frustrated and let down. It's unfortunate that the timing displayed wasn't accurate, which led to unnecessary travel and disappointment. Hopefully, they'll rectify this issue to avoid similar experiences for future customers. *Recommendation:* Double-check timings before visiting!

Ambience is ok. But very bad time managementwe had to wait around 1 hour for someone to clear our tableand another hour for someone to come take our order. And then ended up getting the wrong order. Food was mediocre at best. Not worth going.

Very disappointing experience. We visited Zen Cafe after reading positive reviews, but it turned out to be the worst decision. The food was average in taste, and the prices were quite high. The service was extremely poor — we had to wait exactly 1 hour to get our food, while others who came after us were served earlier. The staff said there was only one chef, but that doesn’t justify the delay or the unfair service. No proper apology or discount was offered for the long wait. This was the first cafe where we experienced such a delay. Overall, a bad experience — would not recommend.
