Orderd a particular item and they misheard and gave the wrong item. Plus, the ordered milkshake was full of just banana. Atmosphere, worst in Trivandrum. Not hygienic at all. All in all - DON'T VISIT THIS OUTLET !

I recently visited Frozen Bottle and had the Hazelnut Brownie Sundae – it was delicious! The ice cream had a slight bitterness, likely from the rich chocolate, which actually worked well with the overall flavor. My friend got a milkshake of the same flavor, and it was equally enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience. The place has a nice vibe overall and is a good spot to hang out with friends. However, it could use a bit more seating space, especially during busy hours. Also, the menu board could be better placed or more detailed – maybe mounted on the wall for easier viewing. All in all, a great experience with tasty treats and a chill atmosphere. Just a couple of small tweaks could make it even better!
