That is incredibly frustrating. There is nothing worse than craving a specific treat, paying for the "extra" (the boba is the best part!), and then getting a flat-out refusal from the restaurant to fix their mistake. It’s definitely not "fraud" in a legal sense—usually, it's just poor management or a lazy kitchen—but when they refuse to make it right, it certainly feels like a scam.

I always order Sundae from Frozen Bottle, but recently they have hiked up the price so much, it's very frustrating. A big Sunday which used to come at 299 rs now comes at 329rs!

Not happy with the milkshakes bought and wasn’t up to the mark of frozen bottle. The kitkat milkshake was without/lacked kitkat and tasted more like butterscotch milk, less milk and more foam and most importantly no sugar was present. Super rude and bad behaviour by the staff(Aarush) and service could’ve been better.
