I had a disappointing experience at Frozen Bottle today in Bareilly. I ordered a hot chocolate fudge, but instead was given hot chocolate with ice cream. The staff member who prepared my order had headphones in on one ear, which I believe contributed to the mistake. Although he was not on call. I asked him to remove his headphones so he could better hear customer orders. Additionally, the loud music made it difficult to communicate. I asked him to replace with the correct order but he denied. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure better service in the future Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
