What is wrong with this Frozen bottle outlet.we usually go there but this never happened. I mean I ordered hot coffee which tasted nothing like coffee it was so weak, it might as well have been flavored water. And my friend’s dark tempting sundae? Not tempting at all honestly, a waste of money. The only semi-decent thing was the ice cream, and even that was just okay.i swear the guys attitude was on peak felt like we were just bothering him by being there.

I had the most disappointing experience at this Frozen Bottle outlet. The staff (or should I say, the guy glued to his phone in the corner) had zero sense of customer service. First, he insisted on prepayment, which was weird because every other place lets you pay after eating. Then, when I asked for a spoon, he pointed to the table like I was on a scavenger hunt. The same thing happened with tissues—except they were under the table, so I had to dig for them like it was some kind of challenge. And the worst part? Instead of handing me the cap for my bottle, he just placed it on the table and walked away. No bag, no effort, nothing. If I wanted self-service, I’d have stayed home and made my own damn shake. This place needs better staff training ASAP because this was next-level lazy. If you don’t feel like serving customers, maybe don’t work
