Visited the new Frozen Bottle & US Pizza outlet with friends for a small pre-wedding celebration. We brought a cake, as we’ve done at their older location without any issue. However, we were told we had to pay ₹500 just to cut it a surprise, but we agreed. The real disappointment came later. While they packed our leftover pasta without hesitation, they refused to pack the leftover cake, claiming they’re “not a bakery.” This made no sense they charged us to cut it, but wouldn’t help us take the rest home? When I asked the manager, he simply said “rules have changed” and refused to explain further. The inconsistent policy and dismissive attitude left a bad impression. What should have been a happy moment turned frustrating. I won’t be visiting this outlet again, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not the option for us if we are giving our time and going there, placed the orders, thier sevices are very Bad, until and unless their boss comes and threat to give order fast, no one is helping out, fo only 1 order wrap parcel they are making us to wait hours.. not a good option at all
