Review for Frozen Bottle – JP Nagar Tried the Sundae and milkshake at Frozen Bottle, JP Nagar, and both were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and refreshing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great quality and service – highly recommended for dessert lovers!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Frozen Bottle. The staff did not inform us about any ongoing offers at the time of billing. When we later inquired, we were told that most people don’t opt for the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer — which seems unfair as it should be the customer’s choice once they’re aware of the promotion. When we requested to apply the offer after billing, we were told it couldn’t be cancelled. After insisting, they finally cancelled the bill but only provided one free bottle instead of two, and offered a takeaway carry bag as compensation — which didn’t feel like a fair deal at all. I used to be a big fan of Frozen Bottle, but after this experience, I’m truly disappointed. The service and value for money just weren’t up to the mark this time.
