I experienced the worst, those employees who were there. Lazy and slow at work. Not friendly and kind towards customers. And also the taste was worst. It was so tasteless no sugar nothing...

I ordered a dryfruit gudbud jar around 6pm which was within the happy hours, the cashier did not give us the +1 stating we didnot mention before the bill was printed, as these were ordered within the happy hours we should not have been denied, this is very unfair and not a good practice where the staff should inform the customers about the offers, and speak nicely to them. Also why do we need a bill for the free +1
