Pasta tasted stale/spoiled. Some ingredients seem to have gone bad. Very poor quality

dear sir, we always prepare fresh pasta. that also means the pasta was boiled once we recieved the order. we make authentic Italian and if you needed indianised preparation then it should have been mentioned in the instructions. thx
