Guys! u shld definitely try burger here.Both the burgers i ordered were super delicious.buns were fried and crispy.filling was spicy . I end up messing my hands while eating , they wont fit my mouth.overall the exprience was amazing.definitely ordering again

I was at Froozo last night and witnessed an extremely disappointing incident. A friend of mine placed an order and waited for over 30 minutes. Despite following up multiple times, there was no clear response from the staff. Finally, one of the staff members rudely told him that his order wouldn’t be served because it had been given to Zomato. What shocked me the most was the staff member’s behavior. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became confrontational, argued with my friend, and even made threatening remarks, saying, "We will see you once the cafe is closed." This is unacceptable and unprofessional. The entire experience was distressing, and such behavior is a disgrace to customer service. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better training for their staff. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
