The air conditioning is switched on when there are a certain minimum number of people; we are unable to identify who has told you that there should be more than 100 people. When you asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, you were told that there are fans and coolers placed for guest comfort. This is clearly with an intent to save costs as well as our carbon footprint as the entire food court has a central air conditioner. This practice is followed by us and many other places in Lonavala for the past several years. That the weather is quite pleasant presently in Lonavala and air conditioning may not be required is another matter. This not withstanding, there is an air conditioned private dining area for guests at no additional cost which can be used by guests if required when they are enjoying their meals. Our experience has been however that this facility is abused by visitors who do not give us any business but only use this facility; clearly an unacceptable situation.
