We went here searching for lunch options in Lonavala. This place is like a food mall with multiple branded food chains on the ground floor. There is also like a play park for children. There is paid parking available for cars. The food mall does not have AC. Overall it looks a bit I'll maintained. We opted to go to the Dhaba, a restaurant on the first floor. The ambience here was much better. Food was also good. However, some parts of this restaurant were also under maintenance/repair. Washrooms in the plaza are clean. It's a good place to rest or take a break.

The air conditioning is kept off to reduce our carbon footprint, however, we do have an ac dining hall at no additional charges for our guests. I recently visited Triose Plaza in Lonavala, and it was a terrible experience. First of all, they charge an entry fee of ₹100 per person, which is absurd considering there's absolutely nothing inside. They advertise a variety of shops, restaurants, and a game zone, but the reality is far from it. The only thing open was a Domino's outlet—everything else was either closed or nonexistent. The plaza has a very negative vibe, making the whole experience uncomfortable and disappointing. If you're planning to visit, save your time and money—it's simply not worth it. Avoid Triose Plaza at all costs.

Your review appears to be a function of the Rs. 100/- fully refundable deposit collected to prevent misuse and discomfort to our guests. We do not encourage free use of our facilities at the expense of our bonafide guests The Plaza, in addition to Domino's, houses a food court with several outlets serving a variety of cuisines, Game Zones, a Multiplex, Restaurants etc which may have been missed by you.
