Today's experience was a horrific degradation of service. Initially, the takeaway order was lost, a 15-minute delay where staff acted as if they didn't know me, even with the receipt. Then, they demanded transaction proof. Eventually, we opted to eat in, ordering 8 tandoori rotis. Instead of serving them in smaller batches, they delivered all at once, leading to cold, hard rotis. While eating, the staff’s behavior worsened, giving us pointed glances as they began aggressively cleaning and closing around us. The cashier, upon receiving our complaints, remained completely silent, refusing to acknowledge their blatant faults. Each step of the experience showed a clear, day-wise degrading service, culminating in utter disrespect. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
