This is probably the 3rd time I have recieved below standard food from them. Earlier the chicken pieces that was sent was so hard and dark in color looks like stale or its been double friend chicken. Definitely not fresh. And had ordered a big order for guests and had clearly mentioned in comments to please send freshly and well made food. And what do we get ? Extremely stale bread burger falling off and breaking and hard. The fried chicken pieces dark brown and hard as same as earlier stale chicken. Now I been been reading your comments replying back to the negative reviews. Instead of justifying yourselves why not concentrate on improving you food, cause I am pretty sure after my recent 2 or 3 orders how your low standards are maintained. And the disinterest that even after mentioning in the order request to send fresh food. We'll it's clear won't be ordering ever again from here. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 1
