I have never encountered such a lack of customer service in my life. From the moment I walked in, I did not know the tea stall and cafe was another franchise, so I walked in with the tea from the tea stall to the cafe but it was an absolutely terrible experience at this cafe. Not only were they were unprofessional and disrespectful, but the manager himself came out and said some incredibly rude things to us.
I cannot believe that this kind of behavior is tolerated in any establishment. It is clear that this cafe has no respect for its customers and has no interest in providing a positive experience.
