Worst experience ever, I think these people have gotten so overconfident and arrogant that as they’re getting alot of overhyped business they can throw any weird/ defective cake at the customers face. They missed the basic understanding of what customer service is! When they made a mistake at their end their only solution was refund but what about our birthday event that we ordered the cake for- IT IS RUINED is it not? Their solution shouldve been to remake the cake but no they were arrogant. Apart for this in the past I’ve personally had many experiences of bugs in their breads of which I have videos of. Wait time is extremely high when visiting the store, employees don’t respond when called to order something, they just sit around ! And billing takes forever. I attached a parody cake that they made and bugs bread which is nonsense with no solution.

Fresh Choice has been one of my go-to spots in Vizag for the past four years, and it’s always held a special place for me because of how comforting the space and menu used to be. In the beginning, their pastas were truly top-notch, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in the food quality over time, which has been disappointing. That said, their iced coffee is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. While the pricing is on the higher side, I think it’s justified considering the ambience and overall vibe of the place, which is quite nice. When it comes to vegetarian options, the menu feels a bit limited. The pasta and pizza offerings used to be great, but lately, the pastas have become quite bland. Another consistent issue is the service—the staff often gets the orders wrong, even though it’s a counter-order system. They don’t always listen or respond properly, which affects the overall experience. However, their desserts truly shine. The Lotus Biscoff cheesecake is a standout—easily one of the best I’ve had and something I’d go back for. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3/5, ambience a 4/5, and service a 3/5. Despite the inconsistencies, I still enjoy their drinks and some of their menu items like burgers and desserts. With a bit of improvement, especially in service and vegetarian options, Fresh Choice could go back to being a top favorite.
