A dearth of classic option helps in thriving of this place.
Loved the staff and their politeness. The food is good too. A big value for money.
Their ice creams are arguably in the top bracket. Good range of flavors and creamy ones too!

Lately i realised tht all this was not helping me in any other way but making me more n more fat!
My subconscious was running here and there for satisfaction n i was emptying packs n packs of vanilla/black current n chocolates.
(Yes..i know..i love baskin robbins...but i gt really bored of it too,i have eaten countless scoops of each n every flavour they have)
So...
I just decided to try my luck (i hated naturals) again n picked a random day.it was raining outside and my work got cancelled.i was all set!
Here,LEMME THANK MY FELLOW FOODIE "PRANEET MOHNOT" bro for suggesting me this one few months back..
Janpat shyam nagar is way off route but as i said,mausam beimaan tha aur tummy majboor..tongue was drooling and destination was dooooor!!
Still i managed somehow [just the way i managed irshaading this stinky sher;)]

Finding the place was a real pain,driver had no idea..gps was showing janpath cscheme n people passing by had no f@"ckn idea where this janpath was!
From shyam nagar sabzi mandi to icici bank branch jan samajik sumthing to lazeez restaurant..bohot bhatke! Wasted 30mins but finally found it (all by luck n hardly any signs) owner picked up the call after tryn thrice n just said its near subzi mandi n icici bank atm (which obviously didnt help)
Anyways,after reaching..i found it clean n clutter free! Few seats were outside in the open area but we decided to eat in the car.
Place was clean n silent,overall fee there was nice

i tried the alphonso mango and
Dark chocolate..both very ok..neither outstanding nor bad..infact way better than naturals..the taste and texture was more professional n not at all homely!
All this motivated me and i took a gamble (as i wanted to get over my boredom)
I ordered

(Actually wanted orange too,but it was unavailable)
Paan flavour was nice,essence was quiet delicate n not overpowering.perfectly sweet n sharp,i have had better paan ice cream at a hotel but this one was really vry nice if not the best.
RUM AND RAISIN ladies n gentlemen was the show stopper! I loved it!! I had something like this at Giani's 2years back in delhi called choco whiskey gelato..yes it was not exactly same but very much there!
AFAI think,they dnt use real liquor and ice creams are not supposed to be as dense as an italian Gelato so..i rate it quite high! Perfect amount of raisins and sweetness..mild flavour of rum..omg!! It was like fresh air!
I am really happy with the taste
4.5/5 (one point extra for having rum n raisin in the menu)
Note:they dont serve authentic CCD coffees,its a coffee day n not cafe coffee day..watch out!
SERVICE
guys were helpful and welcomed us very nicely..they were insisting us to try more n suggesting continuously.
Ice cream was packed neatly and it didnt melt til i reached home so..
No complains here

50arnd for a single scoop,too good!
I cant ask for anything else,i can order large volumes in the future as tey told me abt the ongoing family pack offer (buy2 get 1 kinda)

FINAL VERDICT
highly recommended to the people who like new n natural flavours..this ice cream is not homely extra milky cream
crap! N its not regular routine stuff either.. Its for people who dont like both extremes.
Its the duty of foodies to provide them business so that they too can survive! We keep complaining that we dnt get to eat new stuff but we ourselves r stuck at regular crap.
They have closed their RAJA PARK outlet already n now only one is left..wake up my friends..(they are keeping very less stock,orange n many other flavours were missing) lets not make them suffer like this!they dnt deserve it
Many good n uncommon flavours are available here..dont know about you guys but..m going there again n again for sure!! (Until i try them all,i wont care how far this place is)
