Rating: -100/5 I ordered a "Full Quantity" Chicken Biryani through Zomato, but the experience was a nightmare. First, the quantity was incorrect; I received a half-portion instead of the full portion I paid for. I was willing to overlook that if the quality was good, but things got much worse. Upon checking the food, I realized they had sent Pork instead of Chicken Biryani. This is a massive mistake and completely unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to complain, the owner initially admitted to the mix-up and promised a refund. However, when I asked how such a serious mistake could happen, he became extremely aggressive and abusive. He literally said to me: "Tumi ki amare kivabe restaurant chali ta sikhaiba?" (Are you trying to teach me how to run my restaurant?) and followed it up with, "Tumi jeheto jano ei restaurant a pork ache, toh Tumi order keno dico?" (Since you know this restaurant serves pork, why did you order?). He then proceeded to use foul language and insults. I am disgusted by the lack of hygiene, the total disregard for the customer's order, and the owner’s abusive behavior. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Stay away! I have ordered chicken biryani is okay, and chicken bharta with Roti is okay , and I ordered chicken kosha which is terrible, too much salt, and chicken Kacha gravy consistency is very thin, which I don't like , I always ordered chicken Kacha from fresh bite, but this time I m disappointed very bad chicken kosha
