I was excited to try Fresh Bake House for my daughter's birthday cake, but the experience was a complete letdown. I placed a custom order well in advance, confirming all the details and pickup time. However, when I arrived to collect the cake, it wasn't ready. The staff offered no apology, simply stating they were running behind. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes, making me late for the party and causing unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, the cake's design wasn't what I had discussed with them. It lacked the personal touches I requested, making it feel generic. While the cake tasted okay, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.
