The rating is only for the food. As you cannot expect more in a Railway station. I night a veg burger and sugar doughnut. Burger was just Ok it took them 5 min in a fast food take away to give it just from the shelf. Doughnut is pathetic was very hard and had no sweetness to it. There's a lot of difference in serving size here to their other outlets like in blr where I frequent: Btm layout.

This is a small stall at the Chennai Central Railway Station, so the overall rating is based on what can be expected in an environment like that. A handful of options are available in the morning (at around 6 AM) and quite fresh for that time. Had the Chicken Sandwich (Rs.60), Veg Sandwich (Rs.50), and Veg Bun (Rs.25). Decent amount of filling and tasted pretty good. Enjoyed the white bread-brown bread interleaving (see photo attached) in the Chicken Sandwich. If you are not the Tamil Nadu tiffin fan, French Loaf is probably your best best in this railway station.
