I was looking for a quick coffee and asked for the coffee shop at the lobby. I was directed to Level 1, which was extremely busy, so I was then sent to another location. I waited there for quite some time without anyone attending to me. Eventually, when someone entered the lounge, I had to approach them myself to place an order. Due to the delay, I had no choice but to take it away. Overall, a very disappointing and poorly managed service experience. Service: 1

We tried the monsoon menu .The platter was good and filling for 2 people but was disappointed as the onion pakodas as well as other pakodas served were verycold. Cutting chai was good. Maska pav biscuits were good. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
