Disappointing Experience - Ignored Food Allergy RequestI recently ordered falooda from this restaurant, specifically mentioning in the instructions that I have a banana allergy. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my request and included banana in the dessert.As a result, I had a severe allergic reaction, which was not only uncomfortable but also potentially life-threatening. I'm extremely disappointed in the restaurant's negligence and lack of attention to detail.While the food may taste good, the restaurant's failure to accommodate food allergies and intolerances is a major concern. I would caution others with food allergies to think twice before ordering from this restaurant.Recommendations for ImprovementTake food allergies seriously:* Train staff to prioritize food allergy requests and ensure that they're communicated to the kitchen team. You may cause someone their LIFE!If you can't follow the instructions, please please contact the customer, at least notify them properly!

Delivery took a lot of time...and the choco coffee ice-cream that ordered was large and its not even half in the delivered glass. completely disappointed. for the first time happening this from frootree.
