This resort is around 50-60km from Kaziranga bio park. Again 2km away from the main road. Settings are ideal for a cool relaxation. They have a swimming pool and volleyball court. Rooms are spacious and neat with air conditioners. Outside there is enough space to just stroll around. Service: 4

The place is well built and maintained, but it is located quite far away, nearly half an hour away, from kaziranga entrance location. The reception and housekeeping staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious, but only one kids channel plays on television. the restaurant is below average. Service is very poor, food quality is better at dhabas. They made good omlette and noodles, but almost everything else was below expectations. They resisted offering tandoori items. Overall, an acceptable stay for someone looking for budget options, but considering it for the prices asked online, it is a little disappointing on restaurant and food aspect. Service: 3

We stayed for one night there on the 10th of February for my anniversary. The resort itself is an amazing place with rooms that also have a small personal backyard. However there's one small hiccup that we experienced, we booked a morning jeep safari which was supposed to leave at 7:30 am and the reception guy told us to get our breakfast at 7:00 am so that we are on time for the safari. When we entered the dining room at 7 am, there was this waiter who was toasting the bread (i attached his pic) who clearly saw us coming in, and we went to the table and kept all of our stuff and then we went to get our breakfast at the buffet. He said rudely to us "Come back at 7:30". Then I told him that we have a safari at 7:30 and the reception asked us to get our breakfast at 7. Then he again rudely replied, "janibo lage" which translates to - "you should know that we serve breakfast at 7:30". As if I'm there at the hotel everyday and not just visiting as a tourist. He was being disrespectful to my wife and mother for no reason at all! We immediately went to the reception and complained. They handled the situation and served us breakfast immediately. When we went back into the dining room, there was another family sitting there and eating their breakfast. But that guy had to be rude to us because we entered at 7 sharp again, as instructed by the reception. We've travelled all across India, Nepal and also Europe and South East Asia and NEVER have I ever come across a mere waiter being rude to me as we are always polite with a smile on our face. We always give proper tips to everyone including bell boys to the cleaners to the drivers. Now, whenever I think about Kaziranga I get reminded of that small but sour incident. Hope management sees my comment and does something about it. Otherwise this resort is deserving of a 5 star. Service: 1
