I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience at Four Monkeys today, April 15, 2025. I went there for dinner and ordered a mojito, only to find a live worm inside the straw. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. When I informed the staff, their response was shockingly careless — they said they don't manufacture the straw, so they aren't responsible for the worm. I had already consumed part of the drink, and now I'm feeling drowsy and extremely uneasy. I also requested to meet the owner to report the issue directly, but the staff refused to let me speak with them. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is very disappointing.
