"I recently visited your café with a friend and had a mixed experience. We ordered 4 cold coffees, which took a bit longer than expected to arrive (around 40 minutes). Given the moderate crowd, we were hoping for quicker service. The coffee tasted a bit different than anticipated, with a thinner consistency. More importantly, we noticed some cockroaches near our table, which raised concerns about hygiene. We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope to see improvements in service and cleanliness. Looking forward to visiting again soon." I thought of giving this place a second try but it is still is bad in regards of food n coffee. I like the atmosphere but then I don’t wanna eat any food? it is below average n the price is pretty standard so atleast give decent food with flavour. Four Lost Cats is the perfect name for this cafe because it seems they’ve also lost their sense of service and hygiene. Service is painfully slow—so slow, we waited an hour, and the water we asked for never arrived. The menu is limited, and even that seems hard for the staff to handle. The constant beep of the bill printer was irritating, and the server refused to turn it off when we asked. To top it off, a cat walked in with a dead rat while we were still waiting for our food. Yes, a dead rat.They had the audacity to levy us service charge despite everything. The decor might look great on Instagram, but pretentious aesthetics (without windows btw) won’t make up for terrible service and poor hygiene. Owners, please focus on the basics before running a cafe. Until then, I’d suggest skipping this place entirely. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
