Extremely Disappointed Visited EXTACY Pasta and More at Forum Mall Courtyard (Inox) after watching SAIYAARA – WORST FOOD EVER !! Only one staff at counter handling billing, orders, and serving – major delay (25 mins prep + 15 mins waiting at the counter). Ordered Classic Alfredo Pasta, Crispy Chilli Baby Corn, and a scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream. Pasta was stale, bland, and barely had any flavor – felt like leftover **They reheated it After Complaining.** Baby Corn was soggy due to the delay. ** It was prepared when i knocked him. He taken 10-15 min to serve just 3 items at a time** Ice Cream (₹85) was very low-quality ** They use a cheap brand item** Even the owner’s own friend was unhappy with the food and asked to get her pasta replaced because it tasted so bad. If this is how they treat known people, what can regular customers expect? ** She also knocking him again & again for her pasta** Not recommended at all. Waste of time and money.
