If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I have been coming here for a long time, but after today’s experience, I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again. The waiter assigned to my table was beyond rude—he was disrespectful, confrontational, and flat-out refused to apologize for his behavior. What’s even more disgusting is that the manager and other staff members just stood there and did NOTHING to address his unacceptable attitude. It’s shocking that a place like this allows such unprofessional and outright misogynistic behavior from their staff. If this is how they treat their regular customers, I can’t imagine how they treat others. The lack of basic respect and customer service here is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually values its customers. This place does NOT deserve your money! Got it! Here’s another completely fresh take: ⸻ I’m honestly disgusted by how this restaurant handled a situation today. My friend, who has been a loyal customer for years, was treated horribly by a waiter who was not only rude but openly disrespectful. Instead of providing decent service, he picked fights with her and flat-out refused to apologize. What’s even more shocking is that the manager and staff stood by and did absolutely nothing. It’s unacceptable for any business to let this kind of behavior slide. If this is how they treat regular customers, I can’t imagine how they treat others. Clearly, respect and professionalism mean nothing to them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they learn how to properly train their staff and value their customers.
