I am pleasantly surprised by how good the food is. i am ordering from flaming since it first opened as flaming mustard! they used to advertise in vk yellow pages and the food was delicious. I am so happy to note they have got back to their original USP of serving great quality and quantity at very good pricing. I ordered mutton hyderabadi biryani - 6 pcs chaap with salan. 1. I got 6 excellent pieces of chaap. they were perfect. usually outlets serve undercooked or overcooked mutton but even at 11pm the mutton pieces were done to perfection and piping hot.2. The biryani had 3 good quality eggs3. one of the best quality rice for biryani among top outlets4. The salan was unbelievable. usually even bug names serve a plain gravy called salan but flaming served salan with keema! it was huge generous portion and all dish in itself. 5. The only con would be the fried onion were overdone and had turned into hard pebbles so it felt like bone pieces but they were actually fried onion. something they can always correct.I am hugely impressed and I hope that they can continue this quality and hopefully re-introduce italian menu which is closed for some years now. I was a huge fan of their ravioli! all the best and i am going to try your iconic dal makhni next. hopefully it has returned to it's previous high standards.
