The experience at Foodie Zone 5.0 is honestly disappointing, especially for anyone who remembers the quality and service of the 2.0 version. The old spot had a five-star vibe, but the new place has lost all of that charm. Staff here often seem rude or untrained, lacking the basic courtesy that customers expect, and the food doesn’t help. Speaking of food, it’s now a hit-or-miss affair, and more often than not, you’re in for a miss. Dishes frequently come out soggy, and essentials like mayo with momos are often forgotten. Service is unpredictable- sometimes decent if the main employee is around, but if not, don’t expect much care for your money. For anyone who used to enjoy Foodie Zone, this new franchise feels like a frustrating downgrade.
