nothing crunchy in it as per the name, opposite to that, the wrap layer was very uncooked and difficult to chew. also note that the size was reduced under 50% off scheme, if you see recent Google photos of this restaurant, you can see actual size of wrap. it was reduced to 3 small pieces from 4 pieces the difference is clearly visible.
