"Disappointing Experience at a 5-Star Cafe Unfortunately, our visit to this cafe fell short of expectations. The food quality was a disaster, and the service was slow and inefficient. We experienced significant delays, with our soup arriving approximately 30 minutes late and tasting overly tangy. The garlic bread was burnt, making it inedible. To improve, we suggest: 1. Hiring an experienced chef to elevate food quality. 2. Providing professional training to staff members and increasing their numbers. 3. Focusing on time management to reduce delays. 4. Emphasizing customer service skills, including kindness and courtesy. Furthermore, we were shocked by the exorbitant bill, which didn't match the quality of service or food. To make matters worse, the lady owner was extremely rude and unaccommodating. With a large group of 13 members, we expected some understanding and flexibility, but instead, we were met with disrespect. This experience left a sour taste, and we would not recommend this cafe to anyone. Until improvements are made, we would advise against visiting this cafe. I ordered One Veg Club Sandwich and a Chocolate Shake, and literally both were absolutely delicious with affordable price. Atmosphere and staff's is very good. I highly recommend this to try out atleast once.
