Absolutely unacceptable experience! We placed an order with an available offer, only to be told 30 minutes later that the kitchen was closed and we should cancel. To test their claim, we called from a different number, and surprise—they said the kitchen was open! This blatant dishonesty and lack of professionalism wasted our time and left us frustrated. Avoid this place if you value fairness and reliability. Terrible service! Service: Delivery Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sorry so say sir, but this was informed to you immediately after 10 mins , but you didn’t wanted to cancel order. And even after cancellation knowing this that the kitchen is closed you placed the order again.

Title: Worst Experience Ever – Misleading, Confusing, and Unprofessional I had one of the worst experiences ordering through Swiggy. The app showed the restaurant was accepting orders, so I placed mine. Later, I received a call from a number claiming the kitchen was closed. Confusingly, I called restaurant directly and they said kitchen is open. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they went ahead and cancelled my order, and accept same order from their inhouse delivery with extra charges. Worst Restaurant and worst Behaviour from restaurant staff on call.

I visited food studio today and I ordered sezwan rice it's totally bad in taste and I ask to cancel my order but owner denied me for that.I suggest everyone to never go on this hotel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800
