The food always hits my pallet on point. The portion size is really good unlike other nice fancy hotels. The staff is always so polite,attentive & courteous. Complete value for money……..

Novotel’s coffee shop, Food Exchange, is located on the first floor and serves a selection of Indian and Continental dishes: the standard five-star hotel coffee shop profile. Since we were staying at the hotel, this was where we had our daily breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet included the usual items one finds on such buffets, including live stations for eggs, dosas, puris, and more, along with hash browns, grilled tomatoes, cold cuts and cheeses, fruit, cereals, juice, baked goods, and so on. We were very pleasantly surprised by some of their items: the bircher muesli, the aloo sabzi, and the Danish pastries were among the best we’ve eaten in any Indian hotel. Also, the coffee shop has a nice terrace outside, perfect for having a coffee al fresco. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
