out of this world!everybody did great work!from butchering, to meat treatment, to ancillary ingredients, to preparation!kudos to everyone involved!the best mutton I have had at an eatery in Nagpur!the dishes in question were bhuna mutton roll and mutton saoji roll!thanks to the all of the chefs involved to treat my to the best condition meat and low salt dish (takes a completely new endeavour to prepare the dish, so I have been told!)This was epic!Delhi grill, Mutton bhuna, mutton saoji, both in rolls! April 20, 2025. Unforgettable experience! Ate with such relish!
