I personally liked and preferred Food Box, but what happened today made me feel like rating them zero. I had ordered honey chilli potato, but what I received were raw potato slices. When I called them, they said, “Puri kachi nahi hai, aadhe hi honge.” I decided to report the incident to Zomato, so I made a video of their food. Bhai, at least accept your mistake! Instead, they said, “Next time when you order, let us know and we’ll send it again.” After such an experience, who would even order again? If something is out of stock, you should ask if the customer wants something else. And why were they half-raw? Didn’t you get full payment? If the food isn’t satisfactory, why send it at all? What’s the logic—just so the restaurant doesn’t decline the order and avoids a penalty? This is how they work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
