Hi- I have submitted my food card for refund on 17th May, however I have not yet received any amount yet. Its more than a month now, there is no update I have been told that it will take 9 days, it's really sad that nobody had informed me about any updates yet, where should I raise this to get it resolved? The food is overpriced and doesn't live up to expectations. During my first order, I received a very cold masala dosa. When I asked for a replacement, I was given a paneer dosa instead. On another visit, I ordered lemon rice, but it didn't taste like lemon rice at all. While the service is slow, the atmosphere is pleasant.
