I booked through make my trip. When I reached property hotel staff stated that they were overbooked and can't provide any rooms. About 20 persons faced same problem that day. Police was called and we came to know that this is regular for anandam hotel. In the meantime reception staff flew. People who were staying there also fighting with staff for poor service and no water. We waited for about 5 hours and then left to book another hotel. My trip was ruined due to this hotel.
Absolutely Horrible – Never Staying Here Again This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room we were given reeked of a terrible smell, and the entire property—including the lobby—was filthy and unhygienic. The AC didn’t work, and the room service staff were rude and completely unbothered by our complaints. After an hour of struggle, we were moved to another room, which was somehow even worse—rats were roaming around freely and even got into our Prasad, which was not only disgusting but also a serious insult to our religious beliefs. This place is a health hazard and a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Avoid at all costs. Service: 1
!! SCAM ALERT !! Dont book Anandam Clarks Inn Vrindavad The worst Hotel that I stayed in. Firstly its not a hotel or resort its a residential development converted into a Hotel. Secondly, everything about this hotel is pathetic. The staff the rooms the location, the customer handling, receptionist Mr. Shivam. I booked a three bedroom villa through Agoda ( non refundable) paying Rs. 9600/- for a night. And I got a villa with broken door handles, leaking bathrooms, smelly air conditioners, broken bathroom vanities, room full of dirty bedsheets and pillows and what not. I asked them to give me another villa to which they replied that we are fully booked. So I asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount to which Mr. Shivam replied that please contact Agoda( This is at 12:30 AM) and I was with my family. So I asked him to give me in writing that we cannot refund the amount and the guest is not willing to check in due to above mentioned reasons and you know the answer that I got from him, as usual I cannot. So I asked him to give a feedback form and again the answer was we dont have it. So I request all of you not to book this pathetic hotel/resort/residential building through agoda as this platform is also of no use. Zero customer support from their end also. Service: 1
