Had an amazing experience as a table of 2 at Foo Town. The food highlights included the lobster dim sum & siew Mai which reminded me of my travels in South East Asia. The sushi and Peking duck main were also really good. The highlight of the evening was the service. Prachi served us and came over with a card & dice conversation starter game which was really engaging. If we rolled an ‘8’, we could play a game of dumb charades with the bartender and get a free cocktail. The line of specialty cocktails were also really good and definitely recommended. It added a really fun element to our evening & interaction with the service staff, especially Prachi were amazing & responsive. The atmosphere of the place was nice with good decor. Most importantly, the background music was not too loud. This allowed for good conversation over food. My only point would be young children being sat in booths inside who were a little belligerent, however, it evened out when the restaurant filled up. The location - being near Marine drive is perfect for evening plans. Would definitely recommend to come again. Perfect for a date night, meals w friends & family.
