We visited Focaccia at the Hyatt Regency on Feb 14th, hoping to repeat the great experience we had last year. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. Almost every dish—the pasta, both pizzas (Smoked Salmon and Pesto Chicken), spinach ravioli, and spaghetti—was overwhelmingly salty. It felt as though the kitchen failed to account for the salt already present in the cheese, butter, smoked salmon, and capers. The only exception was the risotto. To make matters worse, the chicken didn't taste fresh, and even the 6-year-old with us found the food inedible due to the salt. While we understood the long wait times given the holiday, the atmosphere was marred by the loud noise from the adjacent bar. Even the complimentary focaccia bread was undercooked and doughy rather than crusty. At 7.5K INR, the experience was far from premium. Aside from the water and the tiramisu, the meal was mediocre at best. Will try to avoid as much as we can. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
