If you want to ruin your evening, waste your money, and kill your patience – Flying Crust at Teen Petrol Pump, Thane is the perfect place for that. One of my friends was craving Kunafa, and after checking online, we found out that they serve it. Big mistake. We placed the order for their so-called Nutella Kunafa and ended up waiting 1.5 hours for one damn dessert. After finally approaching them, they casually said the chef dropped our Kunafa on the floor and asked us to wait longer. Can you imagine? We still showed patience, waited another 30 minutes, hoping at least the taste would be worth the suffering. But no. when the dish finally came, it was the biggest disappointment. What they served was NOT Nutella Kunafa – it was some downgraded version with dark chocolate slapped on it, absolutely tasteless, and a complete rip-off at ₹600. Honestly, it wasn’t even worth ₹60, let alone ₹600. And here’s the sad part – I had visited them earlier when they first opened near Thane station. Back then, their pizzas were genuinely good, their baklavas and desserts were fresh and delicious. But since they’ve expanded near Teen Petrol Pump, their quality has gone to the gutter. The taste, the service, the attitude – everything is ruined. Flying Crust, you seriously need to get your act together. Don’t fool customers in the name of Nutella Kunafa or charge premium prices for pathetic food and third-class service. Was very disappointed thankfully just ordered for a trial had ordered BBQ paneer (small) cheese burst though it was cheesy without salt n other toppings with just maybe 5 small cubes off paneer n 5 onion slices rest was tasteless pizza sauce was so tasteless waiting time was too much AC was not on ..too hot inside. Hope your team improves quality of food and on waiting time.
