I had a Very Bad Experience at Kolkata Airport, Bought a Veg Patties, It was Very Soggy, On asking about the Person, He said that they keep it Cool case. Patties Should be Crispy, They are Charging 200/- For a Soggy Patties reheated in an Microwave Oven. They Should atleast keep an Hot Case For Patties and Items. And On Asking the Person to return the Patties and Give Refund without Eating Patties. The Person denied and said that it cannot be Returned. Totally Waste of Money and Food.
